SPG Guitars will be one of a few companies even making such instruments.

Lap Steels can be heard in many classic Hawaiian melodies, country songs, and more recently in movie sound tracks, TV commercials, and a variety of musical genres such as rock, gospel and world music. Recently has picked up more notoriety from players like Ben Harper and Steve Howe.

• All our woods are hand picked, highest grade direct from Maine, USA

• Various pickups and electronics - No "One Trick Pony" Lap Steel sounds and tones

• *No thick Gel coat finishes, our body finish is high quality nitrocellulose lacquer done in the style of the classic guitars of the 1950's
