that we received all had things that are being
changed for the final run. And, we are being
sticklers on the details of each guitar because we
want everyone to be thrilled when they receive their
guitar.

you're not happy with your purchase, we will refund
your money - so, you have absolutely NOTHING TO

ORDERING FROM OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A.
We
want to use a carrier who is responsible for the
shipment - from Point A to Point B.
Using
The U.S. Postal Service means that once it leaves
the U.S., someone else is responsible for the
delivery. This becomes an unfortunate situation, for
all parties, if that package winds up missing. No
one wants to except the blame. So, the customer
loses and we lose.
The
only way around this is to use a carrier such as
FedEx - someone who delivers internationally, has an
excellent track record when it comes to delivering
their packages on time, and also owns up to the
responsibility when a package goes missing.

WHEN SHOULD YOU ORDER
Although we're accommodating everyone who pre-orders
with the discounted price and free masking kit,
there are still only so many guitars available when
they arrive. For instance, with some models, we're
only going to have roughly 30 of that model
available.
Again,
this is the reason for this Pre-Sale - so that we
can RE-ORDER more.
This
is why I highly recommend that you place your order
as soon as possible - to guarantee that you get a
guitar in late July or August.
